Why the format change?

Why indeed! For each installment of chapter 1, I wrote out the scenes as thoroughly as possible in order to nail down the details. Then, I had all of the information that I needed when it came time to distill it into comic form.

Eventually, I felt that I was doing the story a disservice by distilling these written accounts. The story of Clove and of the community of Yonderwood are better served by the written word, bolstered by intermittent illustrations.
